Information you provide directly: when you submit our audit, apply, or contact forms, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, professional role, team size, and a description of your current operating bottleneck.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, we collect privacy-friendly aggregate analytics via Vercel Web Analytics. This is cookie-free — no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers, no ability to follow you around the web. We see anonymized aggregates (pages visited, country/region, device type, referrer source) used to understand which content is useful. We do not collect precise location data.

Information from third parties: if you book a strategy call via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and meeting preferences. Calendly's privacy policy governs that data; we receive only the booking confirmation.

How we use your information

• To send occasional operator's notes and content related to real estate sales operations (you can unsubscribe at any time)

• Service providers who help us operate the business — for example, Google (Workspace, Apps Script for form handling), Stripe (payment processing for clients), Calendly (scheduling), and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, with notice to you.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Vercel Web Analytics) is privacy-friendly and works without cookies — it cannot identify you across visits or follow you to other sites.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

Data retention

We retain form submissions and contact information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, or for up to seven years after our last contact, whichever is longer. This duration covers tax, legal, and business-record requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
