These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of terrasonconsulting.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Terrason Consulting Group ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Forms and submissions

When you submit information through forms on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. We treat your submissions according to our Privacy Policy.

Consulting services

The Site is informational. The terms of any consulting engagement between you and Terrason Consulting Group are governed by a separate, written services agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of services or creates a consulting relationship.

Not legal, financial, or tax advice

The content on the Site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, real estate, or investment advice. Real estate operations are subject to federal and state regulation, including but not limited to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), state real estate licensing laws, and consumer protection laws. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERRASON CONSULTING GROUP, ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Indemnification

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be posted on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
